Waspstar's Destiny --- Chapter 10
"Beetlepaw, you will be mentored by Lightwing. I hope that his wisdom and knowledge will be passed along for generations to come."
Beetlepaw joined his sisters, Creekpaw and Fogpaw. Fogpaw and her mentor, Lostheart, stood proudly together. Lightwing needed to get a new apprentice since Twineheart was a useless medicine cat not being able to talk to other cats. She became a warrior and was surprisingly a skilled hunter.
Splatbelly and Creekpaw decided to join Lostheart and Fogpaw on battle practice.
Fogpaw sighed, "But she's bigger than me, and I have no tail--"
Lostheart laughed, "Embrace you're differences." She said, remembering something that Songweaver, the elderly queen, told her.
Fogpaw looked almost exactly like Stormcry. With less black in her pelt and more creamy tan fur. She was a lot longer, but still had short legs.
Beetlepaw and Lightwing went to work on herbs. The black apprentice mirrored his aunt, Yewfrost, almost perfectly. He had a few flecks on his pelt like his mother.
Creekpaw and Splatbelly were the jokesters. Creekpaw looked like Speckpetal, Badgernose, and Sunspots mixed together. She was oddly beautiful and many of the toms in the clan had a crush on her.
Lostheart and her mate, Berrysplatter were waiting a while before they had kits. After the last of the rogues had run from the camp when the battle was over, no one was sure if they'd come back and they didn't want to risk their kits being killed in an unnecessary battle.
Sunspots was on her second litter with Badgernose. Even though Sunspots was never one to love someone for long, she seemed to have found her soul mate. Badgernose was just about as vein and stuck up as her, but it was love nonetheless.
Lostheart couldn't help and think of her brother as she looked around the Thunderclan. Her father and him were both killed here, and never really LIVED here.
Waspstar watched her great-grand daughter with pride. She closed her eyes slowly, when she looked up she thought she saw a star wink at her.
